NCC’s Makerspace, funded by the NCC Foundation, has provided 200 face shields to the Greater Norwalk Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GNHCC).  The Chamber will distribute them to local businesses, an important step in the ongoing pandemic recovery and reopening process for businesses.

SBA to Open Shuttered Venue Operators Grants (SVOG)

The SBA will open the Shuttered Venues Grant submission process at 12 PM. Those eligible are operators of live venues, live performing arts organizations, museums and movie theaters, as well as live venue promoters, theatrical producers, and talent representatives.

New pharmacies that are being added to Connecticut’s COVID-19 vaccination program

Governor Lamont today also announced that more than 100 additional pharmacies throughout Connecticut will begin offering COVID-19 vaccines over the next several days, adding to the growing list of locations where the state’s residents can be vaccinated.

CT on Track To Expand COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility To All Adults on Thursday, April 1

Governor Ned Lamont announced that the State of Connecticut is on track to expand its COVID-19 vaccination program to the final group of adults, including all individuals between the ages of 16 and 44, on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Individuals in this age group will have access to schedule appointments beginning Thursday morning.
