• + Our flagship location is at 120 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk across from the Norwalk Fire Department (Google Map).
• + Our first satellite location is at 55 Chestnut Street in So. Norwalk at Smilow Life Center (Google Map).
• + Our sunshine yellow Medical Mobile Unit is out and about in the community, to bring information, health, and wellness services where they are needed most and to community events.

Since 1999, generations of men and women throughout Fairfield County and beyond have entrusted their pediatric, adult, women’s/OBGYN, dental and behavioral health care and the well-being of their children and families to us.
